1、Inner tank material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate;Keep the inner tank clean and free of dust, prevent rust and corrosion;
2、Furnace bottom frame: 100*50*4mm channel steel is adopted to maintain the bearing strength of each internal and external surface of the furnace, and retain the heat expansion and cold shrinkage coefficient to prevent furnace deformation.
3、Thermal insulation material: 100K  rock wool of encrypted aluminum silicate with characteristics of non-combustible and strong heat insulation, with thickness of 100mm;

4、Foot cup: the bottom is equipped with adjustable foot cup, which is convenient to adjust the height of the box;

5、Centrifugal fan: 1 set of 3KW dehumidifying fan is provided for each 2 chambers, and 5 sets are included in the whole line.

6、Heating pipe:the suction air integrated chamber of case body  is equipped with SUS304 stainless steel u-shaped heating pipe with radiator;
7、Temperature sensor: Japanese Omron in standard 3-meter, k-type thermocouple;

8、Control cabinet: equipped with independent control cabinet.

1、Automatic temperature: the temperature controller can be set according to the temperature value set by the user;PID is used to calculate the output power automatically. The closer the temperature is to the set value, the smaller the output power will be.

2、Audible and visual alarm: alarm lamp with buzzer;
