3、Inner tank material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate;Keep the inner tank clean and free of dust, prevent rust and corrosion;

4、Furnace body underframe: the furnace body is made of 50*50*2.0mm square, and the bearing strength of each surface inside and outside the furnace body is maintained, and the heat expansion and cold shrinkage coefficients are retained, which can prevent furnace body from deformation.

5、Thermal insulation material: 100K  rock wool of encrypted aluminosilicate with non-combustible and strong thermal insulation, with thickness of 120mm and thermal insulation layer at the bottom;

6、Ventilation device: exhaust port is provided above the furnace cover (equipped with two sets of fan frequency control), and air inlet port is provided at the top;

6、Protection thermostat of Over temperature: the thermostat is an electrical intelligent thermostat, with PV and SV functions of dual LED display ;When the temperature exceeds the setting value of the thermostat, the heating power is automatically cut off.

7、Control of heating tube: using SSR relay control of solid state with each set of heat pipes, two separate control (a small power, customers using temperature is 70 °, 160 ° and 160 ° respectively;
8、Temperature sensor: Omron in standard of 3-meter , k-type thermocouple;

9、Others: all the control appliances are imported Schneider and Omron brands of Japan.

1、Automatic temperature: the temperature controller can be set according to the temperature value set by the user;PID is used to calculate the output power automatically. The closer the temperature is to the set value, the smaller the output power will be.

2、Over-temperature alarm: when the actual detection temperature exceeds the setting value of over-temperature protection thermostat  , automatically cut off the heating power and function of double protection

3、Audible and visual alarm: alarm lamp with buzzer;
