Enclosure material: it is made of 2mm thick Q235 cold rolled steel sheet (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance)
The inner tank material is made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate to keep the tank clean and free of dust, rust and corrosion.

Sealing material: the sealing strip is made of silica gel, which can withstand temperature without deformation. The door and inner tank are sealed in a double layer to enhance the sealing effect.
Door: single door,two pieces reinforced hinge of chrome plated are installed on the right side to prevent door droop, and one piece square steel lock of chrome plated in explosion-proof is installed on the left.Strong pretension, easy to operate, the door installed a perspective window, the size is 350*800mm.

5、Ultra-temperature protection thermostat: adopt controller of intelligent temperature, PV and SV function of double LED display. When the temperature exceeds the setting value of ultra-temperature protection thermostat, automatically cut off the heating power.
6、Time control:Time controller of LED digital display can be set to the maximum time of 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes and seconds;
7、Heating tube control: each group of heating tube is controlled by SSR solid relay;
