1、Shell material: it is made of 2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance), which is bent and welded.
2、Inner material: Plate of 1.5mm SUS304 stainless steel is adopted to keep the inner clean, free from dust, rust and corrosion, easy to clean.

1、Air transport motor: 3 sets of air transport motor (0.75kw) at edeley, Taiwan;
2、Wind wheel:Stainless steel wind wheel of multi-wing in 10.5-inch;
3、Heating pipe: adopt u-shaped heating pipe of stainless steel made in Taiwan, with radiator, which can make the temperature of heating pipe evenly distributed;
4、Air heating method: air is pumped from the air inlet of the oven to the air groove of the heating pipe. Air is circulated in the oven after being heated,
and the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port.
5、Air pressure detection: the air pressure sensor is provided in both the air outlet of the oven and the internal air outlet , which can effectively detect whether the air transport parts are in normal operation.
6、Touch screen: use Siemens 10-inch touch screen and American PACOOLOGIC temperature control module, Siemens PLC control temperature and program, PID automatic setting module continuous buffering output;
7、Time control: adopt PLC to control the time, the maximum time can be set as 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes and seconds.
8、Control of heating tube: control each group of heating tubes with non-contact SSR solid relay;
9、Temperature sensor:Standard type of omron in 3-meter, k-type thermocouple;
