1、Shell material: it is made of 2mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel sheet (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance), which is bent and welded.

2、Inner material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate to keep the inner clean and free of dust, rust and corrosion;

3、Body frame: the body frame is made of 50*50*3mm Angle iron to maintain the bearing strength of each internal and external surface of the chamber, and keep the heat expansion and cold shrinkage coefficient to prevent the chamber body from deformation.

4、Sealing material: the sealing strip is made of silica gel, which can withstand temperature without deformation, and the door and inner are double-layer sealed to enhance the sealing effect;

5、Door: single door. Install 2 chrome plated reinforced hinge pieces on the right to prevent door sagging.

6、Move casters: 4 pieces of universal wheel with brake are installed at the bottom of the encloture to facilitate the movement and fixation of the oven;

3、Heating pipe: adopt u-shaped heating pipe of SUS304 stainless steel made in Taiwan, with heat radiator, which can make the temperature of heating pipe evenly distributed;

4、Air heating method: air is pumped from the air inlet of the oven to the air groove of the heating pipe. Air is circulated in the oven after being heated, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port.

5、The thermostat of Ultra-temperature protection: the thermostat is an electrical intelligent with PV and SV in function of dual LED display. When the temperature exceeds the set value of ultra-temperature protection in thermostat, the heating power is automatically cut off.

6、Time control:Controller of LED digital display time can be set to the maximum time of 99 hours, and the unit can be arbitrarily switched to hours, minutes and seconds;

7、Control of Heating tube: each group of heating tube is controlled by SSR solid relay;

8、Temperature sensor: omron standard type 3-meter, k-type thermocouple;

9、Others: all the control appliances are under the schneider brand;

1、Over-temperature alarm: when the temperature of actual detection exceeds the setting value of the over-temperature protection in thermostat, automatically cut off the heating power and double protection function;

2、Audible and visual alarm: alarm lamp with buzzer.
