ⅡStructure characteristics of manganese powder pellet drying line in chamber
1、Shell material：It is made of 2.0mm thick Q235 cold rolled steel sheet (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance).
2、Inner material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate;
3、The chamber is made of 50*50mm stainless steel square to maintain the bearing strength of the inside and outside of the chamber, and keep the heat expansion and cold shrinkage coefficient to prevent the chamber from deformation.
4、Thermal insulation material: 100K encrypted aluminum silicate rock wool with characteristics of non-combustible and strong heat insulation, with thickness of 100mm;
5、Sealing material: the sealing strip is made of foamed silica gel, which can withstand temperature without deformation, and the door and inner bladder are double-layer sealed to enhance sealing effect;

Ⅴ Installation requirements of drying line of manganese powder pellets
1、Platform and safety fence: the platform and safety fence are all constructed and installed by sanhe manganese industry co., ltd. and must be solid and reliable, and the rainproof and waterproof above the platform to prevent external rain from falling to the heating chamber, causing safety accidents.Weight of heating chamber <=7 tons;The location of the heating box shall be designated and fixed by sanhe manganese industry co., ltd. and shall be responsible for unloading and hoisting on site to the position of the platform.
Where the heating chamber is placed, it must be surrounded by a safe maintenance channel 2.5 meters wide.The surrounding security fence should be higher than 2.5 meters to protect personnel working at high altitude.
