ⅡStructure characteristics of the furnace chamber of multi-layer tunnel with hot air injection
1、Shell material: made by bending and welding of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate (with best strength, plasticity and welding comprehensive performance);
2、Surface treatment: surface grinding, polishing and phosphating (can increase corrosion resistance of metal and adhesion of paint);
High temperature spray (large corrugated) to prevent rust and corrosion.The color is "computer grey".
3、Inner material: made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate to keep the tank clean and free of dust, rust and corrosion;
4、Roller: use 45# steel to process the coating of teflon on the grinding surface;
5、Chamber frame: the chamber body is made of 50*50*3mm Angle iron and channel steel to maintain the bearing strength of the inside and outside of the chamber body and retain the heat expansion and cold shrinkage coefficient to prevent the chamber body from deformation.

Ⅲ Control system of multi-layer tunnel furnace with hot air injection
1、Electric cabinet: equipped with independent control cabinet;
2、Air motor: 4KW high pressure centrifugal fan, hot air jet circulating air (9 sets);
3、Heating pipe: adopt u-shaped heating pipe of SUS304 stainless steel made in Taiwan, with heat radiator, which can make the temperature of heating pipe evenly distributed;
4、Air heating method: air is fed into the air groove of heating tube by the feeding port of tunnel furnace. After heating, air is transported by air knife nozzle in the oven for circulation, so as to make the temperature control more precise and uniform.
5、Temperature-controlled thermostat: it adopts Taiwan xuanrong H961 digital thermostat, with PV and SV dual LED display functions;With PID automatic tuning algorithm output, precise control;
Separate the upper, middle and lower layers independently control the temperature (more precisely control the temperature uniformity of the Chamber);
6、Ultra-temperature protection thermostat: adopt intelligent temperature controller, PV and SV double LED display function.
When the temperature exceeds the setting value of ultra-temperature protection thermostat, automatically cut off the heating power.
7、Control of heating tube: each group of heating tube is controlled by Taiwan silicon SCR SCR;
